Creating and maintaining personnel files

We establish and maintain employee personnel files in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Labor Code and the regulation on employee documentation. Our activities include collecting documents related to recruitment, employment, work history, and termination of employment. We ensure their completeness, chronological order, and proper division into parts A, B, and C, in accordance with legal requirements. We guarantee formal accuracy and ongoing updates.

Employee documentation

We manage comprehensive HR documentation related to every stage of employment: from signing the contract, through changes in working conditions and salary, to termination of employment. We record annexes, certificates, requests, records of working time, leave, and other documents required by law. Our support ensures transparency of HR processes and readiness for potential inspections by the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS), the National Labour Inspectorate (PIP), or tax offices.

Archiving employee documents

We adjust the retention period of records to the type of contract and current legal regulations.
