1. The controller of your personal data is “Global Personnel Group Poland Sp. z o.o.”, NIP: PL7252223602, ul. Fabryczna 15/308, 40-611 Katowice.

2. The legal basis and purposes for processing your personal data by the Controller are:

  1. Article 6(1)(a) GDPR – data is processed based on your consent for sending marketing content, including commercial information about Global Personnel Group Poland Sp. z o.o., its services, and organized events via electronic means (email, SMS, MMS) using telecommunications end devices (phone, computer).

  2. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – data is processed because it is necessary to perform a contract if a cooperation agreement has been concluded with you.

  3. Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – data is processed because of the necessity to fulfill a legal obligation imposed on the Controller, e.g., to comply with tax and accounting laws.

  4. Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – processing is based on our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries and providing informational content about our operations, products, and services upon request.

  5. Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – processing is based on our legitimate interest in conducting analyses to improve services and introduce new offerings.

  6. Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – processing is based on our legitimate interest in establishing, pursuing, or defending against legal claims.

3. You have the right to request access to your data, rectify it, erase it, or restrict processing. You also have the right to data portability. You may object to processing based on Article 6(1)(e) or (f) GDPR. If your personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes, you can object at any time, including to profiling.

4. Your data will not be used for automated decision-making, including profiling, as described in Article 22(1) and (4) GDPR.

5. Providing your data is voluntary, and it will be processed only as long as necessary to achieve the aforementioned purposes or until you withdraw your consent or successfully object to processing. The processing period may be extended by the statute of limitations if needed to pursue or defend against legal claims.

6. Your data may be shared with our business partners, such as IT, graphic, and design service providers, as well as providers of accounting, legal, courier, and postal services, solely for the purposes of our business operations.

7. If data is processed based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing. You can withdraw consent by sending an email to the address in point 1 or by sending a written notice to the Controller.

8. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority for personal data protection – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) – if you believe your data is processed in violation of the Act of May 10, 2018 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws 2018, item 1000) or the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679.
