Responsibilities:
- Docs controller
- Controlling incoming and outgoing products
- Sorting and registering products according to norms
- Reporting detected issues
- Sorting employee
- Sorting and controlling incoming boxes;
- FLT Reach Truck driver
- Properly distributing products in the warehouse
- Taking care of the heftruck
- Helping out with counting and controlling stock in the warehouse
Requirements:
- Beginner knowledge of English language – A1/A2 level
- Working towards the achievement of targets
Shifts:
- 32-40 hours /week
- *Various working hours depending on the demand and the number of orders between Monday and Saturday
- First shift starts 5:00/6:00
- Second shift starts 14:00/15:00/16:00/17:00
Pay Rate:
- Controller / Sorting Operative:
o Age 22+: €10,71
o Age 21: €10,24
o Age 20: €8,19
o Age 19: €7,50
o Age 18: €7,50
- FLT Reach Truck driver/ Dock controller
o Age 22+: €11,60
* In the 4-week system (week 1 to week 4, week 5 to week 8, etc.), if you have worked an average of more than 40 hours in a 4 week period, you will be entitled to an allowance:
- Night shift allowance Monday – Friday:
- 40% of basic wage added for work from Monday to Friday between 00:00 – 6:00 and 23:00-00:00
- 25% of basic wage added for work from Monday to Friday between 19:00 – 23:00
- Saturday allowance:
- 40% of basic wage added for work on Saturday between 00:00-06:00
- 0% of basic wage added for work on Saturday between 06:00-15:00
- 25% of basic wage added for work on Saturday between 15:00-23:00
- 0% of basic wage added for work on Saturday between 23:00-00:00
- Sunday allowance:
- 100% of basic wage added for work on Sundays between 00:00-23:00
- 40% of basic wage added for work on Sundays between 23:00-00:00
- Bank Holiday allowance:
- 100% of basic wage added for work on Bank Holidays
- Overtime allowance:
- 35% of basic wage added for hours worked overtime
- Holiday allowance:
- 8,33% paid with every weekly salary
Accommodation:
- Price €109 gross/week per person – bungalow (Accommodations located in: Alblasserdam, Oud-Beijerland, Westmaas, Zuid-Beijerland, Leimuiden and Ter Aar) – Two person comfortable rooms with a common kitchen, bathroom and living room
- A possibility of using the accommodation provided or renting a private flat or a room on your own
- All of the provided accommodations fulfil SNF certificate
