We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Operatives to join our team. The Production Operative will be responsible for assembling cables and ensuring they meet quality standards
Main duties and requirements:
- Assemble cables according to specifications and quality standards
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standard
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow established safety procedures and protocols
Requirements:
- Strong manual dexterity skills
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain focus for extended periods of time
Shifts:
Monday-Friday
37.5 hours/ week
- Monday-Thursday 07:30 -16:00; Friday 07:30 – 13:00
Pay rate:
- £10.42 h
- 2 x 10 minute paid break; 1 x 30 minutes paid break
- Overtime available, but not guaranteed, paid at flat rate
