This is an exciting opportunity towards a permanent employment in a stable and financially healthy company in Belgium. You will work as an operator in a friendly environment.


Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the safety of the production process and the quality of the finished product.
  • Receiving deliveries of chocolate and fillings
  • Setting up, starting up, operating & converting a production line
  • Organising the shift handover between the different shifts
  • Organising the work within your department and the associated packaging activities
  • Replacing and supporting the people on the line where necessary
  • Monitoring the production orders to be produced
  • Monitoring the correctness & quality of the produced production orders (correct quantities, date coding, packaging, …)
  • Monitoring the daily returns, losses, stoppages, general order & hygiene
  • Coordination of repairs in cooperation with the technical department
  • Reporting technical problems to the supervisor and/or technical department
  • Registering production data
  • Remedying operational faults yourself and informing the technical department in the event of more complex technical faults
  • Punctually implementing the cleaning and maintenance plan for the machine



  • Good knowledge of English and/or Polish language
  • Knowledge of HACCP standards
  • Experience as an operator
  • Good technical insight
  • Good teamwork skills & correct interaction with colleagues
  • Stress resistant
  • Safety-conscious
  • Quality and hygiene conscious, sense of order and tidiness
  • Willing to work during daytime or in two shifts, exceptionally in three shifts (night)

  • Monday -Friday
  • Rotating shifts only
  • up to 3 shifts


Pay rate:

  • Starting salary: €14 + shift bonus
  • paid breaks
  • meal vouchers



  • €15/ day, automatically deducted from salary at the end of the week
  • Single and double rooms available up to high standard
  • All bills and internet included
  • Distance is maximum 10 miles from work
  • Shared houses/ hostels and bungalows.
  • No deposit is requested for move in to the accommodation, just sign in guarantee document for keeping the property in good condition



  • Workers can use their own car/ bike and be paid some small bonus for fuel or miles (calculated by government) or they can be given a bike to use for transport (10 euro/week )
  • Bicycles are provided if candidate want to use them to get to work
  • Public transport is available as well.


Personal protective equipment:

  • Safety boots can be provided if needed
  • Overalls, hi-vis, protective gloves, masks etc. everything the workers will need to complete their job duties is provided for free.
  • Workers can feel free to use their own protective/ work clothing and equipment if desired
