This is an exciting opportunity towards a permanent employment in a stable and financially healthy company in Belgium. You will work in a friendly environment. The company produces and distributes fish and shellfish and has been on the market for 20 years. Their assortment is very extensive and consists of almost 300 high-quality and well-thought-out products. Work environment temperature: 8-10 degrees C
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Packing cleaned fish fillets
- Running the quality and quantity control of the products
- Packing filets into boxes according to the production plan and guidelines
Requirements:
- Focus on teamwork in a dynamic environment
- Experience in the food sector is a plus, but it is not mandatory
- Willingness to work in shifts and on holidays
Shifts:
- Monday -Friday
- Morning Shift: 05:00am – 13:00pm
- Afternoon Shift: 13:00pm – 21:00pm
- Total hours per month: 165
Pay rate:
- 14.07€ / hour (gross)
- *Wage per hour: 14.07€ per hour + morning shift bonus (14.55€ per hour) = 2400,75€ gross
- *2400,75€ gross after 18% tax and insurance tax 13.07% = around 1655€ net per month + kilometer allowance and bonus.
- From this amount – must deduct the cost of accommodation (=70€/week)
- Monthly gross salary: 2400€
- Monthly net salary: approximately 1600€ (after paying the cost of the rent)
- Shift allowances:
- -Morning shift: 0.48€/per hour
- -Late shift: 0.54€/per hour
Accommodation:
- Double or single rooms in apartments
- Fully equipped kitchenette (pots, pans, cutlery), bathroom and toilet
- Free Internet and laundry facilities are available
- Costs (deducted automatically from your wage): 70€ per week
