The company is a famous furniture manufacturer in the UK, offering dedicated personal service to each and every one of their customers. Their in-house team contains an exclusive selection of skilled upholsterers and sewing machinists and cutters who lovingly handcraft each piece of made to order furniture. At the heart of the company is furniture re-upholstery, a craft in which they have more than 40 years of experience

     

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience in an upholstery factory, working on a bench (start to finish sofas) or in re-upholstery
    • The candidate must be able to prepare the frame of the sofa (sponge, springs, cardboard, etc.)
    • The ideal candidate must staple the material (fabric) using the compressed air gun
    • You have to be 18 in order to be considered for this job

    Pay rate:

    • up to £13.50/standard hour (39 hours / week)
    • overtime rate: x1.5
